V813XL Arm Cortex-A7
The V813XL series is high-performance MPU chip launched by Vango in Industrial Automation. based on Quad core Arm Cortex-A7 MPCore CPU architecture Frequency configurable up to 1.0GHz. Designed with a 128-bit dedicated high-speed bus connecting the CPU and memory to enhance high-speed real-time processing capability. Design a safe startup mode secure access authorization authorization restrictions on bus and peripheral access encryption and authorization restrictions on external storage non-authorization can not read support TrustZone mechanism embedded AES/HASH algorithm. A four-way hardware watchdog with an independent clock source built-in temperature sensor and ECC error correction function for key modules are designed to ensure high security and reliability.
