The V94XX is a highly integrated single-phase metering SoC. Integrated with Cortex-M0 MCU 128/256/512KB FLASH 16/32/64KB SRAM UART SPI I2C LCD WDT RTC and electric energy metering moduleV94XX supports the full wave and fundamental wave energy metering multiple power grid events monitoring.
