VM85XX ARM Cortex-M0+
The VM85xx is a single-chip low-power consumption microcontroller based on eFlash technology. It integrates a Cortex-M0+ core with a maximum operating frequency of 48MHz high-speed embedded memory and multiple communication interfaces including I2C UART and SPI. Additionally it features an integrated ADC TIMER WDT and RTC modules. The VM85xx supports various low-power consumption operating modes with the operating current in DeepSleep mode being less than 0.5uA. It also supports RTC calibration and compensation making it well-suited for low-power consumption terminal applications such as digital panel meters and DIN-Rail meters.
